I use a variety of techniques and methods to help treat individuals and their families but my primary goal is to help you identify your barriers and to address your individual needs. I also have an Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor Certification and am a Hazelden trained counselor to identify substance abuse issues and refer to the appropriate course of treatment. I am also trained in EMDR for treating Trauma, Grief/Loss, Anxiety, and Depression.
